Postage Information
I will post your order within 1-3 working days so it should be with you within 3-5 days. For EU orders, it may take a little bit longer, between 5-7 days.
For overseas deliveries, these should arrive in 7-10 days but please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of your order as often items may get stuck in customs.
I will email you once the order has been dispatched. Your order will be shipped to your address unless notified differently.
All UK & EU Orders
All of my prints are posted by Royal Mail First Class.
Depending on size chosen prints will be posted either in hard backed envelope or in a mailing tube.
Notes
All orders under the value of £50 will be shipped via Royal Mail standard post and will not require a signature.
Orders over the value of £50 will be shipped via Royal Mail recorded post or a courier service which will require a signature on delivery.
Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your order then please get in touch to arrange a refund or exchange. As soon as I receive the returned product in it’s original condition I will issue a refund. If an item has arrived already damaged, then please send a photo of the damage and I will issue a replacement.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, then please let me know as soon as possible. If an item has been already dispatched I will issue a refund once I have received the product in it’s original condition.
